Group Fitness is your chance to become a part of our fitness family, workout alongside friends, and enhance your lifestyle in a welcoming environment. We offer 60 classes per week that provide multiple levels of workout intensity, from beginner to advanced. Whether you are interested in strengthening your body, developing flexibility, improving cardiovascular performance, or just having fun and meeting new people, we have a class for you. Formats include cardiovascular, strength, dance, core, balance, and mind/body. All group fitness classes are led by certified instructors (ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, CPR).
