We offer a variety of over 55 classes per week providing multiple levels of workout intensity, from beginner to advanced. Whether you are interested in strengthening the body, developing flexibility or improving cardiovascular performance, we have a class for you. Formats include cardiovascular, strength, dance, core, balance and mind/body. We strive to meet your needs with our group fitness schedule and the excellent training led by some of the best instructors around. All group fitness classes are led by certified instructors (ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, CPR).
