We will be offering an expanded group exercise schedule with AAC instructors teaching at Edgewater August 23rd – August 25th.  Please try out one of these special classes!

Wednesday, August 23rd
8:30 – 9:30 am Cycle w/Karen Trasatti
12 pm – 1 pm Mossa Group Power w/Karen Trassati (similar to Les Mills BodyPump)

Thursday, August 24th
4 – 5 pm, Bike to Barre w/Nicole Meidinger
5  -6 pm HIIT 50/10 w/Karen Trasatti

Friday, August 25th
6 – 7 am Cycle w/Karen Trasatti or Bill Caterham
8:30 am – 9:30 am Cycle w/Karen Trasatti
11 am – 1130 am Jillian Michaels BodyShred with Karen Trasatti
