Please help us welcome our newest personal trainer, Donna Benedict, to the Edgewater Fitness team!

Donna is passionate about strength training and will design a safe and effective training program to increase both your muscle and bone strength.  In addition to being an American College on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, Donna is also qualified to train TRX, which is an effective total body work that improves core stability, mobility, and flexibility.  Donna is also an ACE certified nutrition specialist and understands that change doesn’t happen without both moving your body and changing your diet.
