October 2017 Fitness Schedule

New Class:  Thursday Bike-to-Barre at 5:30 pm
New Class Times: Wednesday Kettlebells at 8:15 am
                          Thursday Cycle at 8:15 am
                          Friday Kettlebells at 5:00 pm
New Format: Tread and Sculpt at 8:30 am
