Sign up for EdgeKids Speed & Agility Fall Camp!

This is a workout program customized for ages 10-14 that focuses on strength training and conditioning activities, such as body weight training, medicine ball exercises, jumping, running speed ladder, and kettlebells.  

The camp starts on Tuesday 9/19 and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm for 4 weeks (8 sessions total).  The camp is designed for children 10-14 years of age.
