Holly has eight years of experience as a personal trainer, with certifications from NASM and ACE. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from The Pennsylvania State University. Holly has been physically active all her life, including the completion of the Army Ten-Miler four times. She enjoys biking, swimming, and walking. In her personal training sessions, Holly focuses on cardiovascular stamina and endurance, balance, strength training, and flexibility. Her clients include males and females of all ages and abilities. Holly strives to relate her clients’ personal training to their everyday life.
