“Exercise is medicine. The more consistent you are with “taking your medicine” the better you will feel! Find a form of exercise/movement that fulfills you and do it, then do it again! Create habit and discipline because that will take over when motivation lacks.
Maddie grew up locally and has been an athlete her whole life. She played Lacrosse for 18 years. While at Elon, she studied abroad in both Africa and Australia. Both experiences were absolutely amazing and gave her quite the travel bug. In her free time she likes to go hiking and walking with her dog Coach and is a firm believer that Sunday’s are for football and family #gopackgo.
